I can help to relieve you of the loan process so you can concentrate on preparing to move into your new Central Florida home! There are four main steps involved in getting a loan which I will explain one by one.

 

Step 1: determine how much you can borrow
Ask yourself a few questions. How much can you afford? Given your unique financial situation, how much will a lender loan you? You can get a rough idea using my calculator below.

 

Step 2: pre-qualify 
This is where you begin looking for your home! You supply the information to the loan officer and after they review it they will give you a Pre-Qualification Letter. Handle it with care -- this will open the door for choosing your home!

Step 3: apply  
Once you've made an offer and it's accepted, it 's time to complete the loan application . When the time is right an appraisel will be ordered.

 

Step 4: your loan is funded
I work with the seller to designate a title company to handle the funding of your loan once it's approved. Next thing you know, you're moving in!
